Galactic Navy Buoy

Does the new Galactic Navy 5.2.2 plus patch have a buoy? I can't find it in game or in the shipdata.plist. Thanks for the help. Great work too on this OXP :D

I often have the little problem that a navy ship rams the buoy and then it's gone for the moment.
