DS, thanks for your texture pack!

As far as using Maya for new ships, it's fairly straightforward: export your model to .obj (there's a free obj plugin AFAIK) then run the Obj2DatTex.py script.

That converter script works ok with python 2.4 (the one I've got),but I think it works fine in python 2.6 too.
Hey, free OXPs: farsun v1.05 & tty v0.5! :0)

Finally it's done :)

The ships are looking great, and in fact I may even clone parts of your textures over the textures of other OXP ships I've downloaded.

The game feels all fresh again :P

Very nice, DeepSpace. Really some new style there. Adds to the variety of the core ships nicely. Well done! :D

Excellent. I launched from your beautiful station ICO station. Dind't see any of your ships yet (also in the shipyard) but thats because I have a very large list of ships installed. I use ADCK's override.

Quick announcement. My ISP is crying because I've exceeded my bandwidth
So my site has been taken down temperarily.

If you want the DS Ships pack you'll have to wait a short while. Til I've made alternate arrangements. Or try contacting one of the other members who's already got it.

Really sorry guys.

Dam ISPs

I've created a box.net download for it. The zip also contains ADCK's override zip, so you just have to download the one file.

NB: it is 21.2 Mb!
