Re: JS problems with galactic navy oxp
Just tried 5.3.0, bought a victory bond, then selected reserve duty and got bumped out of the mission system. I exited the station then docked again, and tried reserve duty first - I got the news screen and then got bumped out again. Log errors: [script.javaScript.exception.notFunction]: ***** JavaS...

"Phantom" kills in 1.75
I've noticed a couple of times that in combat, the HUD & scanner show a ship as dead (jump is available and the ship is a white dot) while the ship is still on-screen. Usually the next shot will kill the ship. Anyone else seen this?

Re: JS problems with galactic navy oxp
Sorry, I did check the latest available version before reporting this and found 5.2.2, so is the fixed version available?

Re: lost the constrictor
OK, I get the point about the new way being better, so since the mission is native perhaps part of the cheat OXP could be incorporated into the game itself . . ? Not for my benefit now of course

Re: lost the constrictor
Heh, could have been ;) Anyway I am now on the trail of the blighter, shame about the discontinuity of the galactic hyperspace jump WRT clues, but I suppose I COULD have cheated (then again if the "cheat" is to identify the trail of clues then I wouldn't really consider it cheating at all)...

Re: lost the constrictor
Phew! After scouring the top right for ages I now have my first clue in G2! I was seriously starting to think I wasn't going to get one . . . I entered around the centre about a third of the way from the left and split into two commanders in the end. Oh well, off to get my head kicked in ;) At least...

Re: lost the constrictor
Yeah I was afraid of that, so I don't mind sticking with it if I think it's possible, it's just that from all the threads on this that I have seen, people are getting clues, whereas I'm not. I'm seriously wondering whether the lack of clues is a bug, or possibly something to do with the fact that I ...

Re: lost the constrictor
Hi El Viejo, thanks for replying, I'll send my 540-kill commander up there to investigate, currently in the bottom right quadrant . . . his slightly less murderous counterpart is way over on the left hand side!

Re: lost the constrictor
Hi Smivs, thanks for the welcome, I'm using your ship set BTW, nice & visible in dogfights ;) I've replayed the setup of this from G1 to the hyperjump many times over the last two days, and there are very clear clues in G1, then NOTHING in G2. After two days of searching for clues, and splitting...

Re: lost the constrictor
I've been searching G2 with two commanders simultaneously for some time now and have covered a fair proportion of G2 already, with not a single hint since I entered G2. I DON'T want to cheat at this, but how long should I keep looking, and is there a time limit?
