BTW, the ASC is more generous than the manual alignment. It can fly through planets or stations. Yes, you can indeed witchspace while pointing at planets etc . Sorry - where will "MFD-Comms Log" be seen by the player?

The F5 pages show "Comms Log MFD" as does the F3 ship outfitting page.
