I couldn't agree more. The one that always hangs for me is the name of the system that I have most recently jumped to. It will get bumped up into the crosshairs and all of the messages that bumped it up to there will fade away, but it will stay. It takes cycling through the port, starboard and aft v...

Nice! Looks like fun.

I was just playing around with a possible entry myself, but judging by yours mine needs WAY more work on the textures.

What OXP is that ship in?

I'm not sure I have it loaded so I can't look at the file at the moment.

I have one question: could your final report include cargo space:equipment space ratios, rather than just the raw numbers? At first glance these do not tell one much. Yeah, I have that calculated in the spreadsheet I'm playing with, but when I started transcribing the numebrs for that post I realiz...

Laser Heat Sinks.

I'd really like to see these for sale as equipment, or maybe a reward for success in a future mission. I think they should consume some amount of cargo space, maybe 5 tonnes per facing and be acquired seperately for each facing. OR they should dissipate heat into the rest of the ship and make the ca...

You could go into the shipdata file and move the forward view coordinates yourself.

I like the Python ET myself and it's got the same kind of thing, I adapted to it pretty quickly and just accept it as part of the experience now. Kinda like looking out over the hood of a tractor trailer.

I agree with Drew and have been working on a database of ship characteristics looking for patterns hoping to concoct a simple formula to avoid uberness, even if only for my own personal use. In light of the fact that there is no reference for mass, I have used volume figures that I derived from accu...

Buy a python (or a rusty python if you have Murgh's rsuty ships in). 100 tones a run, but need to stick to safe systems whilst you build up some money. That's the way I did it. I worked with the Cobra mkIII until I could afford a regular Python, then used that shuttling between a Rich Ind. and Poor...

I had the same problem with a GMAIL account. I think it has something to do with the BB's spam-prevention-ISP-blocker-system-thingy.

Since you now have an account and can post, PM Aegidian about it. I had to email him to get mine validated and he was very helpful and polite.

If you are dead set on getting that ship, your best bet might be to hack one of your own game save files and/or hack the shipdata file to make it more common.

Still cheating, but at least you won't have to have an accomplice in your dishonest endeavors. :D
