Re: Newbie asking a quick question

When you get to a new system, turn 90 degree away from the planet and J (jump) away for a few seconds. If you are mass locked, just fly away from the other planes to clear it. Once you are out of the regular path that used by most planes, you should be able to turn towards the planet and J. Try to g...

Re: [RELEASE] Colonial Viper Mark 1 - V1.03

Will there be a OXZ update for the Oolite 1.8? or else, how to get it to work with 1.8?
Thanks and regards.

Re: Battlestar Galactica

I am so excited by your responses, CaptKev and Thargoid. I have been a fan of Galactica since the 80s, and till now, I do not have the chance of "flying" a viper. It seems like my dream is realizing. Thank you guys. Perhaps, the next stage could be a mission with the Galactica setting, lik...

Re: ..

Hi hwtan, I have not done anything with it yet ... I`m just not there yet to implement complicated new stuff into the RS successor. Please remember that I am not "sitting" on the model  - if someone else wants to do something interesting with it and CaptKev is OK with that, I can gi...

I don't know how to tell you this, you having gone to the trouble of re-compiling the app for me, but reducing the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering to 2x in the ATI control center fixed the problem. It does not work on my ATI X1050, Vista Home Premium system. Switching off the shader also do...

So far the OXPs that may have problem of long loading time and shut down time (or even crash at shut down) are Dictators, Falcon and FuelTankv.2.

Please look into them. Thank you.

I find a couple of bugs in 1.7 test, at least in Vista. First, some OXPs crash in 1.7. Those large OXP take a long time to load and a long time to recover after game over. On one occasion, after a crash, my saved commander was given billions of credit on the next start. Also, a brought a military la...

I think I find a bug in 1.7 test. I pressed F11 and the planet is gone. It seems that the program fails to refresh the planet. Please look into it.

Finally, I fried the trumble. It does not taste nice and costly (it takes 1,500 credit and three attempts to cook it without I myself being fried.). Thanks for the tips guys. :)

I was searching in the Wiki for the recipe to cook it but cannot find it. :D Please enlighten me.
