Since I last posted I have been able to find the Armada some 4000km from the WP towards the Sun and been able to destroy the very large Thargoid ship and all the other Thargoids.
I now have the Naval Bomb onboard - to infinity and beyond and off to Edition

I have also now as you suggested from the WP to the sun - flew all the way and then onto some random planet that was past the sun and all the way back again but with no luck

Here you go... not sure how you attach the file so have cut and pasted the part where all the errors are... I may not have an OXP installed that I should have or have an OXP installed that is interfering with the Vimana-X Hud. As soon as I pressed U to disarm the ident system then the errors stopped...

More intel on the HUD. I have isolated the issue to when the ident system is activated - it only seems to affect the aforementioned spy satellite and any Coriolis station. Will give the new version a whirl and report back if there is still a problem. I have to catch a Thargoid and Thargoid Wars expansion packs installed. These drive the creation of 'Thargoid Spy Satellites' which appear near the witchspace beacon when you first enter a system. You have to destroy them...

Providing some feedback. Having installed the Vimana-X HUD there seems to be an issue when you encounter a Thargoid Satellite when first entering a system. When you engage a lock the ship response becomes very slow and jumpy. All other encounters are perfectly fine. Selecting any other HUD does not ...
