Now I'm back at Lave with a 100 credits and 0 kills. Gotta love this game. Ditto, it is nice in a way to have to manually dock again for a while, although I long ago ran out of cool names for my new commanders, partly naming them after star systems has not run out of milage yet. Absolutely love thi...

Were you gettting the accident version though or the npc kill version? I was getting the "Captain Smith has been introduced to the Lord Giles in a freak accident." version. I never got the better hunter version. My latest commander was killed again after slogging his way up to above avera...

Re: Problem with precision toggle in 1.71.2

Hi, Hope someone can help me: I have just started using v1.71.2 and when I press the button to toggle precision helm control, the ship imediately yaws to port continually until I turn it off again. Needless to say, this is not what you need when you're lining up to blow an oncoming pirate to pieces...

I don't have the Flying Dutchman OXP installed, I do have quite a lot of OXP's installed though. I didn't realise that the number of accidental deaths might represent a bug, the only other information I can think of that may be of use is that it was always quite a long time before I got the unfortun...

LOCALHERO V1.05 possible problem

Hi, I have been playing LOCALHERO V1.05 oxp in oolite version 1.72 for a while now and although I often get the initial message upon docking a station with the instruction to go to f7 screen and wait for more info I have never had anything happen when I get to the f7 screen - sometimes I have waited...

box download

@LittleBear
I bought a box account you can use for the file hosting as it seems to be out of bandwidth a lot.
PM or Email me with an e-mail address and I will then be able to add you as a user of a folder.

In Oolite I am above average but I don't count it as a real rating as I have died in ways that to my mind count as a real Oolite death (playtesting dontcherknow). I made elite on the beeb, C-64, amiga and atari ST elites but out of those only the C-64 version was really done without gratuitous time ...

Open office. YUP!

It warms my heart when people appreciate open office. I recently converted someone to the benefits of using portable open office installed on a USB stick. They were one in a million. Mostly people just look at me strange and ask me if I am on MSN or what... :roll: Gaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!! [emoticon banging...
