That clears me up.
Thought that i only can be fined when i have illegal goods on board.

The cops irritated me by saying that they scanned me and detected someting illegal... or something

... maybe i get fined just for my legal status as an "offender"? i realized i get the message to be fined by a cop only if there is one in the area and i activate my ident system. Did i get it right? Turning the option "docking clearance protocoll: on" i have to manually identify...
