I have Commies.oxp 2.07 installed and I do see the extra dockables and advertising around communist planets in game.
Where do the logs end up? I don't see any in the Oolite directory.

Commies not installed bug for Trident Down mission
I have the Commies.oxp installed in Oolite 1.77 (OS X 10.7.5) but when I load the game it tells me I need to install the Commies.oxp for the Trident Down mission. Great expansion idea. Thanks! I have one small criticism. It seems to be ridiculously easy to destroy the black box by running into it when you are trying to scoop it.
