Oolite Bulletins

Yup. That was it.. I had upzipped all the oxp and placed them in the add-ons directory, but had not moved the .oxp folders...

I have loaded up quite a few OXP's and see lots of new craft in the game, but two OXP's that I had high hopes for.... nothing One is the M-Packs rusty ships.... I have not see one. The other is the fuel tank oxp... I have not seen any sign of that either.... On those two oxp's is there a 'trigger'? ...

For those who want on-line playing, my brother has been playing Jumpgate for quite some time and he likes it a lot. He claims it a lot like Elite. I could/can not stand to pay the monthly fee. But him talking about it is what got me looking for an Elite game. We shall see if I love Oolite, curse its...

Its Win XP and I meant resolution.... but, when I loaded it up... in the game options there was the res, set to my monitor default res.

So thanks anyway...

But I did start my first Capt.... crashed into the space ports a few times but should be ok for a while....

In the readme it says to edit the "<installation dir>/oolite.app/GNUstep/Defaults/.GNUstepDefaults" file.... But I dont have that file... or a GNUstep directory for that matter... What file do I need to edit. Thanks Just downloaded... looking forward to playing....used to play Elite for ho...
