My office is in front of a Law School. Every morning, during the mousson period, when the streets are flooded, my driver is slowing down. I asked him once "Accelerate, they are future lawyers, they will make one day or another, your life miserable. Take preventive action."

Macbeth Act 5, Scene 5, lines 25-28

He is discussing the nature of life but it equally applies to really dumb things conducted within its envelope.
