In between twiddling with a book cover and an asteroid I had a mess around with the built in flashers, stuck some on the Nav-Buoy :)

(EDIT; Changed download-link, the other one had some annoying page highjack going on)

(EDIT; Again :) Re-uploaded with changed appearance values, didn't seem to be working properly)

I don't see any download link on the mediafire page, only 'join' links. But I don't want to become a member.

Thanks for the heads up, that's annoying, I have those files set to 'public', maybe I'll go find a different site if this is no good, it seems alot more spammed in adverts than it was originally..
Have a pretty piccie
Link changed again.. *sigh

Thought I may as well put this up too, it's my universal setup OXP that inspired me to make the buoy glowy :) I have it like this because I like the nebulas to look more realistic by being subtle and very large, where they overlap and mix is where they really show up. They look pretty good peering up through a planets atmosphere too, kind of looks like the atmosphere has clouds.
The sun aura I have low to look more photographic, but also set so that it shows nice and clear when sun-skimming, so you feel immersed in it.
Stars are numerous not only because there really are a load visible in space, but I liked the idea that anything in darkness can be located by the blot of missing stars.
Enjoy :D

I would also like to ask Ahruman why some of the nebulea when enlarged only seem to enlarge in one direction, is this a bug or intentional?
They actually appear pretty good stretched to a certain degree, but the proportions could be more favourable, if that's possible :)

(EDIT: Adding some screenies, it's all kind of subtle, but you get used to that and to me is more immersive)

A little bit cloudy...
