Wrong sound file name in customsounds.plist:
<key>[witchdrive-malfunction]</key>
<string>whichmal.ogg</string>
Should be:
<key>[witchdrive-malfunction]</key>
<string>witchmal.ogg</string>

Hi Vic, and welcome to the friendliest board this side of Riedquat.
Nothing impresses us more than a bug detected and fixed in a first post. Good stuff!
I'm sure the author will sort it out.

There is also extra sound file missidss.ogg, which is exact copy of missdiss.ogg and isn't used anywhere - it can be safely removed.
