Oolite Bulletins

Just jumped into a Galcop navy blockage, omgpwnage ambush. 5 vipers and 1 frigate. Nearly blew me to bits before I managed to get to my senses!

I have to say when I finally overcame the frigate it went with one heck of a bang

Re Frigates, keep your distance. They don't have lasers, only missiles and those nasty plasma turrets.

Damn fine tips, especially since I have just run into a "rogue Frigate" Bounty only 25Cr.....hmm, should be more

The rogue frigates you find when you're sent to flush out a pirate base for reserve missions have bounties of 5000Cr or more. The mismatch is a bit strange.

What exactly do you get from buying these bonds? What is thier purpose?

Free fuel and half-price equipment/overhauls etc if you buy enough bonds.
(Actually might be better than half-price even...can't remember exactly).

I decided to do a little narc run a while back. Got for about 4 credits a ton and sold for 100... very nice profit. The offender status didn't bother me, I usually just dodge cops until I'm clean again.

I jumped over to Isinor, forgetting that I had installed Galactic Navy OXP. There were two Behemoths and two squadrons of fighters sitting next to the witch space beacon... OMGWTFBBQ. Press space commander.

Yeah, I too have done something similar. Quite how I managed to get out alive I really do not know. My screen was filled with plasma fire, laser fire and my energy banks were at zero from all the ECM that was needed
