EDIT: Unfortunately for our German members (according to Wikipedia): Donaudampfschiffahrtselektrizitätenhauptbetriebswerkbauunterbeamtengesellschaft isn't allowed because there's a 30 character max on the translator

Too bad "t" and "s" sound identical, and so do "y" & "z"...

Only identical to human ears - C3P0 had no problems dealing with the tiny subtleties in the sound differential... :)

I find it strange that the language seems to be letter-based, and that most letters are represented by a lot of signs, and take rather long to pronounce. A short human word becomes a rather long series of tics and whistles. Given that R2-D2ish is a computer, its language is rather inefficient :? .
