Lots of Pythons

Funny thing...the last couple of days it seems wherever I go irrespective of Govt, TL etc, I seem to be finding groups of three Pythons, all offenders. Just normal ones (no Blackdogs) and with no fighters/escorts.
I can't remember seeing this before but there have been four or five instances in the last day or so. Very strange. Also very profitable, though, as they are relatively easy pickings, and on one occasion I picked up 49 cargo pods and three escape capsule from them
Edit:- I'm not sure all the cargo came from the Pythons actually, but I know launched empty and had picked all that up on the way in to the next planet. Not a bad haul.
