Oolite Bulletins

There has been much discusion lately regarding the need for a comprehensive Tutorial on how to make textures for Oolite.
Although no expert I have a fair bit of experience at this, so I have prepared a Tutorial explaining in detailed but simple steps how I make textures using 'Gimp'.

Just a quick mention that I have been tweaking the Tutorial over the last few days to make things as clear as possible, and I've also added a section at the end explaining how to do the "Hacked save/mini OXP" method of checking your ship in-game.
