Wiki server move

Just some quick maintenance notes:

The wiki server has moved to its sister server. If you're getting "connection refused" messages this is why - until the old DNS record times out you'll be connecting to the old server (which has its http daemon shut down so no one makes an edit on the old server).

Let me know if you encounter any problems, the data appeared to all copy correctly but you never know!

I have been editing this morning. I did notice it was all very slow. But it was also slow the past days. When I visited the wiki just now, I noticed it was extremely fast, so I assume I already connected to the sister host. And all my edits were present.

In short: only improvements here.

Well, for reasons that I don't know, the wiki seems to be handling quite a large number of concurrent users at the moment (which would account for any slowness, given the box it used to be on also has to do the job of spam filtering mail). The one it's on now only really does webservery stuff and has more CPU cores.
