This is original video. It's not funny. This idiot, who made these "lasers" is simply dork.

I fail to see the lol in this one... It's actually pretty sad.

While I agree that the underlying condition is very sad, I also think the laser video -is- funny. Should've included a link to the original to highlight the condition though.

Agreed. As a self-confessed cat-person I was quite disturbed when I saw the first video, wondering what horrors were being unleashed on those poor kittens  . Having now seen the 2nd video which explains what is actually happening, I can see the funny side of the first video, but as Micha sagely pointed out a link to the original, or some explanation, would have been appreciated.

Yes, that's how I saw it. It was appreciated. What I meant was it would have been good to link to it in KWs original post, but he possibly didn't even know about it. The thing with the web is half the stuff you find started somewhere else, or as something else, and mostly you don't know where or what!

I'm sure KW's intentions were not to cause offense. I'm actually more intrigued about "fainting goat" syndrome than I am amused by the other video. That would really suck if they're climbing a high wall or on a rooftop! :O I wonder if humans can have that condition or something like it. Sort of reminds me of a mild form a narcolepsy.

I must go Wikipedia it.

[EDIT]Wow, that's a bummer of disease, and it can effect humans too! Wikipedia mentions falling into water... that would really be bad! Only thing is, now all I can think about is "Men Who Stare at Goats".
