Assassins (Possible spoiler)

Hi Commanders,
I've just completed the last mission in Assassins and reset my save file to do it again, Ye thought it was that good!
Though I didn't find the secret missions mentioned in the read me files, and was hoping for some pointers to help find them this time around.
