Keyboard shortcut for docking / fine control

Hi everyone, a quick question here (that's probably already been answered but I can't seem to find).

When I configure joystick controls, I see the option for mapping a button to give fine control (useful when docking etc).

I've yet to find a way of creating a keyboard shortcut to do the same.

Is this possible?

Cheers

As far as I know, there is no keyboard fine control mode.
It's especially aggravating trying to target a "wiggling pixel" at >15 km range using a military laser -- each key click results in overshooting the target, ESPECIALLY at low frame rate. (SHIFT+F to show framerate and a few other details.)

No, fine control is a joystick-only feature.

I don't know if such thing exists, since for me it is usually the oposite I want*, but maybe there are software / tricks that would make your PC/ Oolite think that whenever you use the arrow keys, or the yaw keys - that instead you used a joystick ?

joytokey - it makes a game think I used a keyboard button, when in fact I am using a gamepad button.
So functions that can not natively be assigned to a gamepad do become available for gamepads.

Just a short follow-up. I've converted to using mouse control. Fine control problem solved!
