List of the best OXP?

I'm looking for a good bunch of OXP's preferably ones that can help:
- enhance graphics
- improve sounds
- add a cockpit
- add more npc ships
- add more playable ships
- add more weapons
- anything else
I'm always looking around for good OXP's on the Wiki and at OoSat (1, since 2 is broken for me), but I'd welcome any other recommendations from y' all.

This is a much-asked question, and there's no simple answer...it all depends what you want, and sometimes what your computer can handle.
There is a fairly recent thread

here which has an index by catagory to help you find what you want.

Sounds like you're looking for basically every OXP ever written (except maybe language localisations) 
Some in my catalogue (links below) should interest you, but as Smivs says it's a common question and one as unanswerable as "What is my favourite colour?". Everyone has different tastes and machine capabilities.
