Growl Messages

I've set Growl messages to "All Messages", but nothing is being Growled... I've looked in the Growl "Tickets" folder, and it doesn't look like oolite has registered a Growl ticket.
Is Growl integration working?
I've tried 1.65, 1.74, 1.74.1, and 1.75.0.3689 with Growl version 1.2.1 on Snow Leopard.

I'm pretty sure Oolite & Growl worked ok on Leopard, but maybe Growl for 10.6 is handling things differently... BRB!

Oolite doesn’t post Growl notifications, it displays them (in full screen mode only).

That makes sense now. I was pretty confused looking at the source code where the Groolite code rejects the message if we're not in full screen mode.
Thanks!

growl
Its mainly a way to let applications in the background give you messages while you play Oolite in fullscreen mode.
But who want to be disturbed with other stuff, like incoming mail, while playing Oolte?

I can’t remember who, but someone did.
Anyway, it was my first significant Oolite patch. :-)

After I confessed to my ignorancy, I actually googled for growl and found the page.
My conclusion, however, was basically the same as yours. Apart from that, I only play in windowed mode, and whatever application wants something from me will give me a hard-to-overlook jumping icon at the bottom of my screen.
So I decided not to bother with growl.
