Oolite Bulletins

Is there any way to adjust the response rate or sensitivity of key presses in Oolite (Mac)?

(Ideally single presses should mean small changes and multiple presses larger changes)

AFAIK, each ship has its own roll/pitch/yaw rates; so if you might need to edit it manually.
