Random Hits ratings

Just wondering if there is a set rating system for bounty hunters?
The guys in the bar say I'm a Feared Judge.
Would like to know if that's any good.
Now that I think about it, Is there a rating system for assassins?
Can't seem to find anything in the wiki except the oxp's and ship pages. Too busy shooting bad guys... Well if the 'Feared Judge' says they are bad.. They are BAD!!

From the Spoilers document in the Random Hits OXP:
Bounty Hunter’s Guild Rating
When you first install the OXP you will be ranked as a “Harmless Outsider”, as you have yet to complete any missions. Completing the Bulletin Board Missions will increase your ranking. Note that you score nothing if you kill a victim with an energy bomb, although you will still be paid a reduced fee for being a coward. Completing an easy mission is worth one point, a medium mission two points and a difficult mission three points. A bonus point is awarded for scooping a victim’s pod. Your ranking effects whether you will be offered special missions and whether or not special events can occur (see below). The ranks are as follows :-

0 points : Outsider.
1 - 4 points : Recruit.
5 - 10 points : Vigilante.
11 - 20 points : Bailiff.
21 - 30 points : Deputy.
31 - 40 points : Tracker.
41 - 50 points : Hunter.
51 - 60 points : Sheriff.
61 - 70 points : Provost.
71 - 80 points : Marshal.
81 - 90 points : Enforcer.
91 - 100 points : Executioner.
101 - 149 points : Judge.
150 + points : The Great One.
