Program help...

A while ago i was using a program to edit oxp files but have since changed computers and cannot remember which program it was...
As stupid as it sounds, the only thing i can remember is that it was comprised of 2 sections (1 above and 1 below) in the same window on a Mac...
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
