Not a great fan of the iPhone (or more precisely its restrictive UK distribution practices) but it is clever and people are writing clever apps for it.

I love my iPhone, best piece of mobile equipment I have owned since I started buying them about 12 years ago.

The restrictive single network only per country is rumoured to be coming to an end very shortly though. Which is a good thing!
