Anarchies 2.2 now available

Anarchies 2.2 is now available for download via its wiki-page.
It fixes a problem with the shaders of the Salvage Gang. Thanks to another_commander for alerting Griff to that problem, and to Griff for fixing it!
Other than that there are no changes from version 2.1.
