Sell equipment 1.3

As a collateral damage to the wiki problems I wasn't able to update the download link of Sell equipment.oxp to the current version 1.3.
The changes are not huge. Version 1.3 adds one more equipment item to the list of resellables, and it fixes a typo in one of the descriptions.
Correct new download link on its wiki-page.
