Enjoy.....
, i found some lyrics... but they are missing some, and do not match...
but here is a snippet..
Back in the Ronald Reagan days..
when we put satellites in space
When boys wore skinny legged tights, oh-oh-oh
Like Don Johnson from Miami Vice
When Eminem was just a snack
And Michael Jackson skin was black
Back to when the coolest thing in store, ooh-oh-oh
Was a Commodore 64?

Well dear sir, I beg to differ. Speccy was the best.

Your emoticon is ever so slightly creepy...
I owned a speccy 48K for a bit, I still own both my C64s - I just preferred the C64 - better colours, much better sound, however I loved 3D Starstrike on the speccy and Elite definitely looked less "flickery" (but the C64 had trumbles!).
I did for a while own an Atari ST and an Amiga A500 - I kept the A500 sold the Atari and bought another Amiga - 2 player Powermonger!! Simply brilliant!
As ever, to each their own!

Starstrike's great - much better than the official Star Wars game which, bizarrely, came out on the speccy much later. You can get Starstrike from the World of Spectrum site - looks like it's been approved for public release - so if you get hold of an emulator you can play it guilt-free!
EDIT - for more 80s retro goodness, I can recommend this from Adam & Joe's Song Wars:

I go with the speccy myself, pure nostalgia reasons, Ive got a long harboured z80 processor fetish. Although without a doubt their were many games that looked better on the c64...
My family owned Mr Sinclairs specials since the zx81, all the way through to the ql, and we eventually moved up to the Tatung Einstein another z80 powered computer
My second portable computer was his Z88 notepad z80 powered again... amazing device for its day I wrote a windows type operating system and many games for that thing...
Scarily I think we must have had 12 or 13 different computers \ games consoles with the "same" processor over many years
I have to say out of the classic elites I grew up with the tatung einstein one which was basically like the spectrum version, Ive long felt the interface looked cleaner and less garish than other classic versions
Sadly enough my MP3 player also sports the good old z80 processor
a fraction of the price of the apple players...
This reminds me Ive been meaning to dig ot a spectrum emulator to kick back with a little bit of "paperboy"...

I'll go with the Spectrum too. It was a seminal machine and I can clearly remember the excitement of being given a 48k model for Christmas in 1983!
Jetpac, Manic Miner and then Elite.... those were the days!
Cheers,
Drew.
