Just began reading this and I'm already loving it! Full of chuckles! :)

Only regret is that I cannot find it on Goodreads so that I could add it to my reading list and review it when I'm done...

Glad you're enjoying it, Wolfwood. I've not put any of my stuff up on Goodreads ... I'll maybe investigate what needs to be done to make that happen.

Will take you about 5 minutes to enter a new book in Goodreads. When you search for a title, and the results come on the screen, there's an option to "enter a book manually". Then you just need the book info to fill in the blank spots.

I've added Calliope as a free download onto Smashwords ... if anyone wants to pass any comments on it, please feel free:

Goodreads is now owned by Amazon, yes?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Goodreads is now indeed owned by Amazon - or at least they're in the process of sucking it into their necrotic maw.

I wasn't able to add anything to Goodreads - I get the message "Sorry, only librarians may add books", and to apply to become a "librarian" you need a minimum of 50 books shelved on Goodreads. I'm reluctant to get that much Amazon on me. Smashwords - still Amazon-free at the time of writing - has given Calliope and Stranglehold ISBNs, but it'll take a while (24-48 hours, probably) for these to filter out through the bibliographic datasphere.
