Oolite Bulletins

Often I ply the Ooniverse at the same time as doing other necessary things on the astrogation console, such that Oolite can end up running beneath other window(s).

In this situation, it would be great to have a short message pop up on top of all currently open windows to alert me to a noteable event occuring in the vicinity of the ship eg mass-lock, space station within docking range, hostiles in the area, imminent demise, etc.

I am using XP. Apols if this has already been suggested before.

Well if you got the right soundset you can hear when your ship does Mass lock. So when Mass Locked you have always be alert.

sound... why didn't I think of that? D'oh!
