Oolite Bulletins

I'm sure this must be on the board somewhere but I cannot find it
I am using vista and I am unable to unpack OXPs that contain Mac files
I always finish up with only a couple of Mac files of 0kb
What is the proper procedure for unzipping these OXPs

Trash the vista internal zip tool and use the free and much faster and much more compatible 7-zip!
