another rather odd thing

helloo.
a couple of odd things actually.
having just ensured the supergrass didn't make it to the court room for the triads, and whilst involved in some pretty hectic evasive manouvres, i accidentally ended up in wichspace, only to end up in some more pretty hectic evasive manouvres, when 'we boom your bases, poet!'
the resulting pyrotechnics took out thousands of both sides. then, floating around wonderin what to do, i came across a seedy space bar (?!?) (odd thing No. 1)
unfortunately my record preceded me, & they wouldn't let me in for some fuel. (grrr)
so, hanging around wondering (again) what to do, I observed a string of ships leaving the bar, & flying in a dead straight line, BUT, all at sleightly different speeds, resulting in the faster ones crashing straight into the slower ones. (odd thing number 2).
do NPC's not have collision avoidance techniques?
fuel less & fugitive, I set off into the ether, searching for a non existant sun, never to be seen again. my rusty ship may get found one day, the crumbling bones of my skeleton still at the helm as a warning to all the criminally inclined.
press space commander.
