Alternative Communication Idea

Greetings All,

I have been giving some thought to the idea of verbal communication between OXP builders and playtesters.
I don't know if this is already available, but I think this could speed up the building process, with the playtester sending instantaneous information or feedback for any WiP the builder would be working on.
I would appreciate any of your thoughts or advice on this subject.

Cheers,

G.

E-mail doesn't get the message accross?

Are you an OXP builder or a playtester? (I'm just curious.)

I would have to say a tester (don't have the skill to build an OXP).
I thought something like this would maybe beneficial to both parties.
It's just an idea I was thinking of. Perhaps not a very good one though. :?

I think that it may help, and there have been times for me, that talking directly to people who raised bugs would help me to understand and fix them quicker, but overall I dont think there is a big problem.

The technology is there and available, so I guess that for whatever reason people just have not found it helpful.

Id guess yahoo/msn or similar instant messenger would be the easiest way to do it (most have voice), if people did want to.
