just defining a ship with 4 ton cargo bay to be able to contain a passenger berth.
This is clearly a case of buggy ship designing. Here the author just copied&paste things from other ships without thinking if it would match his ship.

Except the exhaust plume on it is mis-aligned when you meet them in combat. Least on my system... It and a few other craft...
