Last FM integration

Recently I installed the Last.fm extension for firefox. I now have firefox running in the background while playing oolite.
Does anyone have plans to integrate this into oolite (I have seen the reference to Itunes, but the benefit with Last.Fm is that you dont have to have the music on your pc to listen to them.)
