Expansion pack problems.....

No matter which expansion pack I download and put into the AddOns Folder I get the message:
(nil) '{expansionpack.oxp}' requirements property list could not be parsed.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I put the expansion pack.oxp folder in the AddOns like the instructions tell me and still it gives me this message. What is it trying to tell me?

People will ask...
Operating System, version of Oolite, contents of your stderr file...
Hopefully it will get sorted soon!
Could I suggest also that in relation to OS - you also post into the relevant portion of the Forum for listing bug reports - those more clever than I are likely to be trawling these threads...

Are you putting the
folder containing the oxp into AddOns or just the oxp itself?

Just to illustrate what JohnnyBoy is talking about, this is what the directory structure should look like with one OXP, x-ships in this case (when running Windows, of course):
If that's alright answer DaddyHoggy's questions and you'll get help.
But in case you managed to get Oolite running on System i I guess there is nobody who could possibily help you. SCNR.
