where's 1.71.1 gone?

During my last gafoo with scripting, Oolite decided not to work. It would load the dosbox and then back to desktop. Oh, hum I thought. I looked for 1.71 and could only find 1.71.2 test, which only gives me a windows icon for the exe and doesnt load. The stderr files just says it cant find anything (show tomorrow) and the stdout file is blank.
Tried to find 1.71.1 (which I think will fix prob) but cant find. Did uninstall oolite before reinstalling.

You have a borked installation, probably a result of the scripting disaster. Remove the OXP containing the script you were working on and try to launch the game. If it does not work, remove all OXPs and try to launch the game. If it does not work, uninstall Oolite using the uninstaller program found in the Oolite menu and reinstall 1.71.2. Then start adding OXPs one by one until you find the one that contains whatever it is that makes it all go wrong. The "doesn't load" error you get is not a problem of 1.71.2 itself and no, 1.71.1 will not fix the problem and it contains some crash to desktop bugs, too. We have hidden it from the downloads page for a reason. By the way, your AddOns and saved games will be preserved by the uninstaller, if you decide to uninstall the game and retry.
