Question regarding laser damage and reloading

Hi.

is there somewhere information in the bb or the wiki regarding laser damage and reloads (I searched, but I found nothing)?

I am interested in the following questions:
How many damage does a
- pulse laser hit
- beam laser hit
- military laser hit
- plasma hit
- missile hit
do?

If a ship has a recharge value of 4, what does it mean? Reload of 4 units per second?

How many energy units does a standard and a military shield contain?

Do they reload with the rate of the ship? Is this also modified by the extra energy units?

It would be great if someone can point me to the right place to find this...

the various laser types have varying range and damage (I think it's on the wiki somewhere although i only remember seeing it in the source code for Elite:TNK).

They don't 'reload' - basically they overheat and you have to wait for them to cool down. That rate is fixed and can't be modified.

The recharge rate is the rate at which it's shields recover. It should be on the wiki somewhere but i guess a rate of 4 means 4 units of enrgy a second. Each bar of energy you can see in the cockpit is 64 units. Confusingly the extra energy unit you can buy gives you another 64 units.

Military shields at a percentage more, I think it's an extra 50%. again the wiki should tell you.
