Max tech level?

What is the maximum tech level planet/system that I can expect to see while cruising about? So far (in Galaxy 1) the highest TL I've encountered is 14, and such systems are few and far between. Intuition (and a suspicion that TL's are encoded in 4 bits) would suggest that 15 is the max, but I've yet to dock at a TL 15 station.
Do TL 15 systems exist? And if so, are there any goodies one can get at such a place that are unavailable at lower TL worlds? I've already discovered that there's at least one (very expensive, but iron-fortifying) thing one can only pick up at a TL 14+ world...

Looking through the planet lists on the Wiki, there doesn't seem to be a TL 15 planet... although there is at least one TL 0 planet: Anleis, in Galaxy 5. Just keep banging the rocks together, boys!

You do know that you add 1 to all the TLs presented in the Wiki......

I do now... in which case there are several TL 15 worlds, including Ceesxe in Galaxy 1 (or Galaxy 0). And my apologies to any citizens of Anleis who may have been offended by my remarks above: I'd just like to take this opportunity to say that a Tech Level of 1 is nothing to be ashamed of, to wish you all the best with your ongoing Anarchy and to hope that your lethal disease becomes substantially less lethal as soon as possible.

If you want to know were those planets are, go to the "long range galaxpic map" and press "!". This will save the current galactic map and a list of all planets inside to your HD in the Oolite folder"

Only it won’t, if you’re using test release 1.68 or later. However, as Disembodied indicates, the same data is available
on the wiki.

how many anlesians does it take to craft a wheel?
1,023,540,342. they hang it from a mono-filiment cable strung from the station and each take a whack at it in turn as the planet orbits. they are still trying to pay off the loan for the cable, too.

Quandixe, in Galaxy 7, is actually about 14ly away from where you'd usually come in after using a Gal Hyperdrive. It's TL15, and right next to an Anarchy, so you can get some great trading done.
