One I'm currently playtesting in Oolite 1.65. 1.69 has a bug or two that stops it from running stable on my PC.

I'm using it to bounty hunt, and so far, the Dragon is a mean machine.
Current specs:

Cargo: 15tc (not upgradable)
Speed: .370ls; twin Kruger KR660CB dualfire racing motors
Pitch rate: 1.2
Roll rate: 2.2
Energy: 4 banks, nominal recharge 6.0
Weapons loadout: Fore and aft gun mounts; 8-round ordinance launcher
Price: cr 350000
Availability: TL 7+ (Rare)
Nominal crew: 2
Suggested role: Unstable System bounty hunting (hunter-killer)
Standard fittings:
- Fuel scoops
- Injectors
- Fore military laser
Three factory-custom paint schemes available. See screenshot.

A tough ship, yes, but hopefully not too uber.
NPCs flown by hunters and the occasional pirate only.

Thoughts?

Tough perhaps, but not in the same class as an imperial courier or supercobra, so don't worry about it's "uberness", looks a mighty fine ship though.

It's got nice stats, but the colour schemes are completely incompatible with the proposed role. In fact, they bring to mind hippie clothing...

True, it's a way retro-pimped ship, like a '70's custom Econoline.
But looks are deceiving.
<spoiler> The hunter NPC is well kitted, and has a custom AI that makes him very aggressive and ready to open a cargo canister of whupass on offenders. And the pirate NPCs are overconfident. </spoiler>
In which case, the pimpdaddy colors are a fair warning - or a form of urban camo.

Anyway, this is the civillian model.
The military variant - which is entirely fictional, ie I didn't make it, and it wouldn't be for sale anyway if I did - would be a drab, dark olive color. Would be cool to see that scrambled from a Behemoth.

Why would anyone use a drab olive colour (such as, er, olive drab) on a spacecraft?

Because:

a) while powered you can't hide from the scanners unless you've got the cloacking device anyway
b) the base is on a jungle
c) the military are suckers for tradition, and drab olive is very traditional (brought to mind the shoulder to shoulder marches against machine gun nests on WWI, and how the, ahem, "rank and file" marches in parades with regimental colours flying)
d) more than the need to hide, interceptors painted in drab olive or navy gray scream "military" to the civvies, putting up a force display to make them more docile and compliant

I think I found and fixed all the bugs, so I've zipped it and rolling it out.

I'm a rank amateur when it comes to posting on the wiki, so for the time being, Dragon.oxp.zip can be found at http://www.mediafire.com/?3nbw5yimm4d

A bug got past me, a couple of stray <array> keys were playing Gremlin. My bad, sorry!

I unloaded the trusty blaster on 'em, pronto. Here's the really really fixed one: http://www.mediafire.com/?93lqxdw20rl
