CTD

Got a problem with 1.69. Just added the 'b' upgrade, and I'm getting CTD when I try to view the planet target on the F7 screen after keying the texture mode when paused.
Tried a new pilot 4 times now, with same results. When I tried to load an old save I also got CTD.
EDIT
Further tests show CTD happening in both windowed and full-screen, whenever attempting to view the planet in F7 after implementing procedural textures. The F7 screen loads up to the point that it attempts to draw the planetary picture, then CTD occurs
