For the members of this board who aren't crossovers (ie EBBS first, then joined Oolite) does anyone read the EBBS? do they keep up the fiction in play there like HPA2? or do you tend to stick to the Oolite WOrrld?

Hi Jack (no pun intended)

I much prefer this BB, I freely admit to being a crossover, this is a far more dynamic board, the contributers are much more friendly and welcoming, and there is so much enthusiasm for the continual development of Oolite. There's a lot of good fiction on Dylan's EBBS which has been pretty well catalogued and linked by Corbeau on his Node site. So if you want fiction and to be embroiled in troll baiting and bashing, fine the EBBS is the place to be, but it can get volatile at times, and frankly I can't be asked these days.

Would there be any benefit in posting/linking HPA2 story parts to this bbs as well?

Probably not a lot of point in cross posting the installments to both forums.

I've compiled most of it on my site: http://hughesd.co.uk/elite (under fiction). The later installments (from a few months ago until now) are available on another site - no idea what the address is at the moment, but the plan is that I'll move them over to my site eventually too (with his blessing).

Selezen,

Commander Steve is the man:

http://www.frontierastro.co.uk/FEU/feu.html

he hasn't updated in a while though...maybe you could take the reins back if you have the time? or if you want to....?

guess it makes no sense to double up, but should maybe make a post that there is more fiction up at the ebbs.

I might finish up the collection then and get it all hosted in one place.

Steve's done a sterling job though.
