Anyone else, think it was funny, only Eastern European Countries save Turkey made it through the semifinals for in direct qualifiers... :S

not that i was betting on my country though... ...

not bad, but not good either... but still way better than some of those that made it..

I'm just gratefull there is no Ooniversal Songfestival.

Perhaps something like: You have to take the contestants of the Ooniversal Song Contest to a certain planet for the semi-final, and a bunch of contest-haters is trying to kill you.

Or, of course, the other way: If you are feeling aggressions against the contest, you could blow up the contestants!

We only need someone who could convert the last winning song into an .ogg.

Eurovision good for such situations where you just want to look at your telly with your mouth open in amazement at what people end up doing for "fame and glory".

I only watched the two first contestants of the semifinals - I simply could not take it anymore. A third song of similar quality would prolly have frozen my brain for an eternity...

The female host is pretty, though... When she was younger, she used to host "Tilt!" - a PC and console game program which was, understandably, very popular amongst gamers...
