How do i instal OXPs? I click and drag em into the AddOnns folder, but it says the folder cannot be changed and rejects it. HELP!

What system do you use? Mac, PC, Linux...
On a mac, for instance, the diskimage is read only, so you have to drag the game and its folders to your harddisk, sometimes people try to play it from the diskimage.

As Rxke says, the Mac can be a bit funny about letting you move stuff, but you should be able to get round this with "copy". Unzip the oxp to desktop and open up the folder. You should see a folder that ends .oxp (on the Mac this folder has the Oolite logo on it). Highlight and copy it to AddOns and you should then be okay.

Sorry R, re-read your post (I don't use a Mac myself). Guess its Oolite that needs copying somewhere else to make a version that can be modified rather than the OXP. I had the problem the otherway around on the PC. The PC objecting to me moving the OXP!

Weird... Where is your Oolite map? Did you drag it to applications folder?
