Oolite Bulletins

Is it just me or would it make more sense for it too look like this
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Applications/oolite.app/AddOns
rather than this
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Applications/AddOns
Is there anyway of changing oolites search paths?

The search paths are hard-coded at present because it wasn't important enough to me to figure out a way to do it that works on both Win32 and Linux.
