Oolite Bulletins

Hi,
i'm glad to find this modern Version of my oldest favorite Game Elite!
Great job.

I'm a 40 years old hobbyist freelance graphic artist from bavaria.
Since 2 days I'm hanging around with Oolite and it is the same feeling as years ago.

I make a new texture for the old mark III cobra. What do you think about it?

If you make it available as an OXP, could maybe call the model cobra3_redux1.dat There are currently two versions of the Cobra III texture in the game. Ramon has done one that replaces the version1 with a skin based on the Cobra III as seen on the cover of the original box. (See Dark Wheel Cobra OXP on Oosat2). If you call yours with the alternative modle, then players can see both yours and Ramon's take on the Cobra in Game.

If you find the texture pretty, i will made all ships textures in the same design. Feel free for critic and comments.

Yup can see it now, (weird) it looks very good, a bit mean and menacing too!

I was going to criticize your texture a little for obviously being bigger than 512x512 pixels with all those nice details... But it's not. Really good job. I'd like to see more textures from your hand.
