Cargo missions

Post by Ulli »

Another question: if I accept to deliver X tons of computers to some planet, are those computers "special", or can I just sell them to the next high bidder, as long as I buy enough of them later for delivery? That would boost my trade margins incredibly ;-)

Any computers will do fine. Got some shot up on the way one time, bought replacements, and there were no complaints.

Is it my imagination, or are the majority of those cargo missions only performable in an Anaconda? I keep seeing missions for 200 to 400 units, and apparently I'm not allowed to make multiple trips.

You'd be hard pressed timewise to make multiple trips anyway, so I think you must be right, there are some short runs with small payloads, but they are in the minority.
The Imperial Courier has a pretty vast cargo hold though and it is fast.
The Grey Haired Commander has spoken!
OK so I'm a PC user - "you know whats scary? Out of billions of sperm I was the fastest"
